Born and raised in San Diego, my interests include writing, photography, soccer, and cross country running. By nine years old, my best friend and I formed a neighborhood newspaper we printed weekly and delivered to neighbors who became close family friends. Running occupies most of my free time, allowing me to grow not only as a teammate and person, but also as an athlete. During my sophomore year at Cathedral Catholic High School, I hope to continue that growth this year in school as I expand my knowledge of writing and journalism.
