New to the experience of writing for an audience, I look forward to exploring my skills and pitfalls as an El Cid journalist. As this year’s Multimedia Editor and Catholic Catholic High School sophomore, pushing myself through my stories and writing pose a challenge I readily accept. My interest in writing blossomed over the last few years, but my other steady hobbies include swimming and almost anything at the beach. I spend most of my time with friends and family when not at school or a pool. This year will push me to grow not only as a person but also as a journalist.
