The Cathedral Catholic High School community celebrated Mardi Gras on Tuesday complete with a fun lunch hosted by Mrs. Sandy Blackstone-Gardener’s Campus Ministry 11 class. Fr. Michael White, University Chaplain at the University of San Diego, celebrated Ash Wednesday Mass in the Claver Center last Wednesday, reminding the Dons about the true meaning and sacrifice of Lent. CCHS students and faculty celebrated Chinese New Year in the academic quad at lunch on Thursday in an effort to showcase the cultural diversity at CCHS.
