Birds flock to Cathedral Catholic High School everyday, with the majority flying in when lunch ends. El Cid produced the following public serve announcement video to encourage students to pick up trash and waste left on the ground near the For God and Country Plaza and around campus. Millions of birds die each year from ingesting toxins caused by plastic materials. Taking more than 400 years to biodegrade, plastic waste drifts all around the globe. By not cleaning up the garbage around the campus, students heighten the number of bird deaths each year. Save the birds, clean it up.
