The San Diego Catholic community mourns the death of the beloved Bishop Emeritus Robert Brom. He passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022 at the age of 83 from unknown causes.

Bishop Brom was born on September 18, 1938 in Arcadia, Wisconsin. There, he grew up in a loving family where he then later discovers the call being offered to him to become a part of the religious life.
