My name is Julia Way and I am a senior at Cathedral. I am very excited to return to El Cid as the News Editor, after serving as a staff writer last school year. This past summer I took part in a five- week summer program at the Union-Tribune and I am looking forward to sharing what I learned with the staff of El Cid. In the future, I plan to study musical theatre and communications in college. Ultimately, I aspire to be a journalist by day and a performer by night. Besides performing, I enjoy being at the beach, laughing with my friends and family, attending concerts, going on adventures, and doing whatever makes me happy
