Hello, my name is Alex Ayash and I am a junior at Cathedral Catholic High School. This is my first year in journalism and I'm really looking forward to it and writing for the school paper. I really enjoy sports, my favorite ones to play and watch are basketball, football, and soccer. Some of my favorite teams are the New England Patriots, Boston Celtics, Chelsea F.C., and Real Madrid C.F. I also like to hang out with my friends, listen to music, and have a good time no matter what I do. I hope to gain a better knowledge of how to write papers correctly from this class and to improve my writing skills in general. I am really excited to be in journalism and can't wait to begin writing stories.
