Pearl Smith, World News Editor

Hi! My name is Pearl and it is my second year as a Beat Editor for Dons Press. I am a part of many activities on campus including varsity dance, TEDx, NEHS, and Dancers Against Cancer. I have lived in 6 different houses throughout California, Hawaii, and Budapest, Hungary. I have explored many countries throughout the world including France, Germany, and Mexico. I enjoy reading and writing and love educating my peers on events whether it is campus news or world news. This year, I am excited to learn more about writing and journalism and hope to use my skills to improve the writing of others as well as educate other students on important issues.
