By just glancing at  this old El CID,  you can tell which era it was from, the 70’s. In this edition, the paper had everything from a “Beatle movie” review to hamburger coupons! And there’s a story about English teacher Sister Constance who picketed a Safeway grocery store! The fall sports had a review of their seasons where the football team went a disappointing 6-6,  most pitifully losing against the Saintsmen. Also, students who used to travel by bus to Uni were facing a serious problem with fuel shortages.  A hero was recently  on campus, too –  Mr.Charles Ruzicka clutched up and put out a dangerous fire that could’ve been disastrous.
