Best of Week in Pictures: 2019-2020
Due to COVID-19 and Cathedral Catholic High School’s temporary transition to distance learning, the El Cid staff cannot continue with our weekly Week in Pictures galleries. As CCHS students reminisce on the memories created this school year, we urge our readers to maintain positivity and hope. Although future steps are unknown, the past cannot be taken away. The school year developed and blossomed into eight months of community, sportsmanship, and faith, as reflected below in the Best of Week in Pictures 2019-2020, a gallery of our photos best emphasizing the meaning of the Dons family.
CCHS hosted the Honor Bowl last August for the third consecutive year, and the Dons remained the victor for the second year after defeating Saguaro High School, the Honor Bowl’s closing game, 18-10.
