Cathedral Catholic High School student Niamh Nelson ’16 plays many roles, including daughter, sister, friend, campus minister and varsity soccer player. Her field extends beyond Manchester Stadium and even crosses the pond. Nelson also competes for the Women’s U19 Irish national team. El Cid caught up with Niamh to find out how she recommends living a healthy lifestyle.
