Jenna Crowley, Spiritual Life Editor

As a current sophomore at Cathedral Catholic High School, a multitude of newly available extracurricular opportunities have caught my eye, yet I found none more alluring than journalism. Writing and reading developed into a favorite pastime from a young age, and I look forward to growing in the art of journalism and improving my writing with assistance from fellow peers. As the El Cid Spiritual Life Editor, I strive to gather reliable information on stories and relay credible articles to readers. When outside the classroom, I participate in theatre programs, paint, spend time with friends, and comb over lore from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Providing readers with fact-based information and allowing them to form their own perspectives on matters is a journalist’s ideal goal. With a team of experienced editors, my knowledge of creating enlightening stories will expand immensely while at El Cid.
