By the end of the semester, sleep deprivation affects many students. With AP exams underway, taking place both this week and next week, students are even more likely to stay up late. In general, teenagers should get about 9-10 hours of sleep per night, instead of only 6-7. Students and teachers talk about their sleeping habits and the negative effects of sleep deprivation.
