The Cathedral Catholic High School co-ed wrestling team plans to wrestle its way to success through hard work and dedication this season.

CCHS prepares for its season with afternoon workouts and conditioning to achieve prosperity.

The Dons strengthen themselves in practice with stunts and moves that help in matches and tournaments.

“The practices are full of conditioning and heavy drilling, which are going to contribute to our success in the upcoming season,” CCHS wrestler Nick Rodriguez ‘22 said.

CCHS aspires to win the San Diego Section California Interscholastic Federation Championship and to advance to the State Championships.

“As a team, the main goal is to get at least half of our team to place at CIF and to become league champs,” Rodriguez said
