Breakfast Republic

Breakfast Republic, a restaurant with locations in North Park, Liberty Station, Encinitas, East Village, Ocean Beach, Carmel Valley, and Pacific Beach, serves tasty breakfast and lunch classics such as specialty pancakes, omelets, and french toast.

Two popular sweet dishes, the Oreo Cookie Pancakes and S’mores French Toast, consist of cookie crumbles and chocolate sauce and range from $11 to $12.

Other various dishes consist of healthier foods such as the Veggie Scramble consisting of broccoli, mozzarella, tomatoes, spinach, and cage free eggs. Additionally, Breakfast Republic has vegan and vegetarian options including a Soy Chorizo Vegan Plate for $14.

The atmosphere of Breakfast Republic is very welcoming with egg-themed decorations and colorful red and yellow accents.

“My favorite thing is the veggie scramble for breakfast,” CCHS student Francesca Fischer ‘21 said. “The aesthetic is so cute and happy, making it a delicious and friendly restaurant.”
