Din Tai Fung, founded in Taipei, Taiwan in 1958 is a world renowned restaurant specializing in soup dumplings and noodles. This year, a location opened in the newly renovated area of UTC mall in La Jolla. With hour long wait times, Din Tai Fung has been receiving rave reviews from critics and costumers alike. I traveled down to La Jolla to try it out and critic the experience.
