Cathedral Catholic High School underwent a week of mixed emotions with the passing of treasured senior Ethan Olson, a football victory against Saint Augustine High School, and the second Mass of the school year. The Dons football team redeemed itself from last year’s Holy Bowl with a 34-14 win against SAHS. The second Mass of the school year was on Wednesday, and the days that followed were full of wishes and prayers for Olson and his family.

During the game Friday against Archbishop Mitty High School, the varsity field hockey team supported teammate Emma Olson '21, who recently lost her brother, by donning its sticks with tape reading "Play 4 Ethan." The girls ended up losing 1-0, but the morale was high for the duration of the game.
