Emily Fields, Staff Writer
Hi, my name is Emily Fields, and as of this year I am a sophomore at Cathedral Catholic High School. This is my first year with journalism and El Cid, and I am extremely excited for what it has in store. In my free time I read and write, both fiction, and am eager to learn more about the vastly different genres of writing so as to expand my horizon. I also participate in Track and Field through the school, and dance outside of it.
