Last week, the Lady Dons took a 6-12 loss to La Jolla. The JV team is going back and forth so lets hope they are gonna get their head back into the game. The question is who is the coach putting into the line up, and who’s going to lead the team to victory in the next two days.

Kaitlin has an open court with the opposite team attacking the net. She slams the ball at the net and scores for the Lady Dons. End score of the set being (4-1). Next set Sweeney is serving with the score being (5-1). Sweeney serves, making it in the dead center of the court, the opposing team panicking and lobbing the ball over the net. Motto notices and picks the ball up on the rise going down the line. End result another streak win for Lady Dons Tennis Team.

Our doubles 3 is also looking strong with a strong lead in the score (3-0). The opposing team is serving, Zamora is receiving and she goes safe, the ball is cross court and the opposite team goes down the line. Miller volleys the ball and drops right by the net. Easy win for Lady Dons (set score 40-15). Zamora is now serving, she serves an ace, the opposite team is struggling to get to the ball. They lob it, Miller is right there, and she slams the ball cross court into the opponent, making the score (15-0).
