Cast and crew of the Don’t Worry Darling movie gather at the Venice Film Festival

“Don’t Worry Darling”, directed by Olivia Wilde, was released at Venice film festival on September 5th. The film itself received a 5 minute standing ovation. There is suspicion of drama surrounding the crew and cast of the film. During the entire premier, leading stars Harry Styles and Florence Pugh along with the director Olivia Wilde did not stand together, which is unusual
for premiers. Fans and Followers everywhere are growing suspicious of cast and crew drama.
Fans suspect Wilde and Styles have parted ways from their unofficial relationship, due to the fact they had at least one other member seated between them at all times. Many are suspicious Pugh and Wilde are having issues. This rumor is fueled by the fact Pugh was a no-show to the news conference for “Don’t Worry Darling”, and had no placard for her seating. Pugh gave Don’t Worry Darling little to no attention on social media. Is she trying to give Wilde as little press as possible? NY Times reporter Puck’s Matthew Belloni recently reported that Pugh began disliking Wilde when Wilde would disappear with her leading man on set.
The suspected drama seems to be surrounding Wilde herself. Drama sparked with Shia Lebouf, who was the original pick for the male lead. Wilde claimed in an interview that she fired Lebouf for unethical behavior on set. Lebouf later came out with receipts proving that he quit. In these receipts was intertwined a video of Wilde referring to Pugh in a diminishing nickname “Miss Flo”. Pugh had since then posted a photo in her Venice Film Festival gown caption it with her provocative nickname given by Wilde. In addition, many reporters felt their questions went unanswered at the press conference, suspecting that Wilde had arranged with the moderator beforehand.
