Shea Linnehan, Sports Editor

As the Sports Editor for El Cid, I look forward to furthering the sports section and tradition for Cathedral Catholic High School’s student-run publication. After spending one year writing sports, I look to progress as an editor. I hope to improve my classmates’ interest in writing sports as well as advancing the section to its fullest potential. My interests outside of the newsroom connect well with a sports-based position, as I like to play baseball, basketball, and watch all types of sporting events. As the Sports Editor, writing pregame and postgame stories as well as player profiles consist of my role.
