Lauren Boyer, Entertainment Editor

After an exciting year as the Photo and News Editor for El Cid, I will lead the new Entertainment section as the editor. I look forward to learning even more about the art of journalism during my senior year in order to improve my writing with every story. I aim to write meaningful stories that have an impact on our community this school year. With the current whirlwind of a political climate, being a journalist has never been more appealing to me. In addition to writing, I enjoy volunteering, spending time with friends and family, discovering new music, running track and field, and reading. After I graduate from CCHS, I plan on attending a four-year university and continuing my writing.
