Thank you to CCHS’ photographers for capturing Bella Moreno and Jack Breen’s moment they will remember forever! Let’s give it up to our 2022 Homecoming King and Queen!

“And your 2022 Homecoming King and Queen are…. Jack Breen and Bella Moreno!” Such a sweet moment for our class of ‘23 seniors.

El Cid Online sat down with the winners to discuss what they have to say about receiving such a great honor.

Bella Moreno ’23 says, “When I heard my name I felt a huge rush of adrenaline and happiness. Being homecoming queen means that I need to be an influential and inspiring role model in and out of school. I need to make decisions that are mature, responsible, and well thought out. I want people to feel comfortable talking to me about anything, genuinely establishing a meaningful connection and relationship with people who need someone to talk to.”

Jack Breen ’23 adds, “It means a lot to me that I won king and even more to my parents and family. I’m just glad that I could make them proud and am honored that my peers would vote for me.”

Just as the class of 1972 came to crown the King and Queen, Moreno says, “Coming back is going to allow me to recall a beautiful and unforgettable memory I was able to make at CCHS my senior year of high school” and Breen agrees that “it’ll be a total honor to come back 50 years from now.”

Bella Moreno and Jack Breen are going to take her title and wear it with pride, continuing to display their Dons spirit our school knows and loves.

Congrats you two!
