Glenn Singleton, the president and founder of Courageous Conversation, an award-winning protocol for effectively engaging, sustaining and deepening interracial dialogue, will speak to the staff of Cathedral Catholic High School today at 1:30pm as part of the four-part Racial Awareness Formation Time.

“One of the things I hope he does is contribute to the awareness of the issue of race on campus,” CCHS Principal Dr. Kevin Calkins said.

CCHS teachers have been working to educate the adults on campus on race issues and how best to address them through different seminars throughout the year, which have brought in various perspectives.

“I hope he is able to spark more reflection in people about issues around race and help us start a conversation about how to have meaningful conversation on this campus,” Dr. Calkins said.
