This last week at Cathedral Catholic High School was full of spirit as the varsity football team and varsity Lady Dons volleyball team both took on big matches. The varsity Dons football team traveled to Mission Viejo to take on Central Catholic High School last Thursday in the 2016 Honor Bowl. Taking home the win, the Dons closed out a late game thriller 28-25. Then, the CCHS varsity girls volleyball team made their debut last Friday with a win over Del Norte High School, three sets to one. As for the weekend, the CCHS community and beyond was fortunate to spend the three day Labor Day weekend in the San Diego sunshine and enjoyed local staycations.
