El Cid

Lauren Rabbitte
First thing’s first, I do have a British accent, and yes I love watching Arsenal football. I’m excited to be a senior this year at Cathedral, and I’m over the moon to be part of the El Cid team. I transferred here from England last year, you know the place where they eat a lot of fish and chips. If you've heard me speak before, I'm pretty sure that you'll know who the ‘English girl’ is. I love to write and have multiple work published, ranging from short stories to poetry. Aside from writing you’ll find me anywhere from a soccer field to a tennis court. I look forward to writing as a journalist for the first time and working with my fellow classmates. Let's have a great year full of reading and writing– I promise it will be interesting.
