Winter athletes saw many of their seasons come to an end this week, but a lucky few were able to continue to the next level of CIF. The CCHS varsity girls soccer team won a match against Patrick Henry 3-0 on Senior Night, Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, finishing their season undefeated and carrying their team to the top as league champions. The girls will go onto compete in the first round of CIF later this month. From Wednesday to Friday, about 80 members of the senior class attended a retreat at a Palomar Mountain Christian retreat center. Freshman also enjoyed unification on Friday with an ASB-sponsored waffle party. Although untraditional, the waffle party allowed students to bond together in friendship.
We are so blessed to have such a beautiful campus. These spring flowers are in full bloom and it’s only February!
